Shipping Information

We deliver nearly everywhere in the world, using a standard service for Australia and two choices for customers in other countries.

For Australian orders we aim to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed.  We dispatch your goods with an Australia Post (or priority courier) service that requires a ‘signed for delivery’, so please make sure you give us a delivery address where you (or your nominated party) are able to accept and sign for the parcel.  Your order may be delivered to a P O Box address.

For the rest of the world, we offer two choices for delivery at different charges:

  1. Express Post Parcel.  Delivery is generally 7 – 10 days, and they are delivered by your local Post Office ‘signed for delivery’ parcel service.  This provides international delivery at a competitive price.  Please make sure you give us a delivery address where you (or your nominated party) are able to accept and sign for the parcel.  We regret we cannot deliver internationally to P O Box addresses.   Please note, this service is available only for the delivery of up to 30 cans in total, and larger orders have to be dispatched by alternative transport – please contact us.
  2. Express Courier International.  Delivery is generally 3 – 5 days, and they are delivered by ‘signed for delivery’ courier service.  This provides the most rapid delivery of international orders, but at a premium price.  Please make sure you give us a delivery address where you (or your nominated party) are able to accept and sign for the parcel.  We regret we cannot deliver internationally to P O Box addresses.   Please note, this service is available only for the delivery of up to 30 cans in total, and larger order have to be dispatched by alternative transport  – please contact us.

Please note that for all orders a signature will be required upon delivery.  If you would like your order to be delivered to any alternative address please indicate this address in the delivery address box in the order form.  If no one is available to sign for the delivery the delivery service will leave a card advising of the address and opening hours of your local depot, or redelivery service.  Please note that your package will be held at the delivery office for only one week before it is returned to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on non-working days in the country of destination. Orders received while our office is closed (weekends and Australian holidays) will be processed the next working day.
